Cancellation by the Participant

4.1      Due to limited spaces and the small group size of a workshop the following refund policy [minus any card charges] applies:

• To receive a full refund you must cancel at least 4 weeks before the workshop.

• If cancelled between 2 and 4 weeks before a workshop a 50% refund will be given.

• Within 14 days of a workshop a refund will not be possible but someone may attend in your place [please see below].

4.2      Friends and family may attend in your place providing you have given 24hrs notice before the workshop commences. Names and contact details of anyone attending in your place will be required prior to the workshop commencement.

4.3      Workshops bought as gifts [e.g. using a gift voucher] are subject to the same cancellation policy.

4.4      Any workshop purchased at a discount is subject to the same Terms and, if applicable, any refund will be to a maximum of the price paid.

4.5     Please note that statutory rights relating to cancellation of a workshop [considered a leisure activity to be attended on a specific date] fall within the exclusion provided by Regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts [Information, cancellation and Additional charges] Regulations 2013.

4.6      Failure to show up for a workshop without prior notification forfeits the right to a refund or transfer of booking to an alternative date.

4.7      Refund reimbursements will be made to the original payment method used to purchase the workshop. If payment was made using a gift voucher, this would be re-activated in the event of a refund being due.

4.8    Credit card payments may take up to 5-10 business days for a refund to show on your statement. 

Cancellation or Postponement by the Artist

4.9    If for any reason we need to cancel a workshop, we will reschedule the event for a later date and you will automatically be entitled to a space on that workshop.

4.10    If you are not able to attend the rescheduled workshop you will of course be offered a 100% refund or a place on another workshop if that is your preference. 

4.11    Please note that whilst every effort will be made by us to ensure a workshop runs on the scheduled date it may be necessary to cancel or postpone in unavoidable circumstances of if bookings are too low in number.
