Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we have a 14-day return policy on all items, i.e. you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund the following criteria apply:

  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  • The unwanted item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging. Proof or purchase will be required.

  • The package must be sent ‘signed for’, tracked and insured to the full value of the artwork. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.

  • We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.

  • If the goods are not returned in good condition you will be liable for the full cost of the item.

  • In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange:

  • Sale / discounted items

  • Commissioned artwork

  • Customised items

EXCHANGES

  • If you wish to exchange an item please contact us in the first instance and we will advise you regarding its’ return

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your purchase is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item.

CANCELLATION

  • To cancel an order please email us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after making your purchase.

  • Orders for specially commissioned or customised goods cannot be cancelled.
