Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied we have a 14-day return policy on all items, i.e. you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund the following criteria apply:
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The unwanted item must be returned in its original condition, undamaged and securely wrapped in the original packaging. Proof or purchase will be required.
The package must be sent ‘signed for’, tracked and insured to the full value of the artwork. Please note that the cost of shipping is not refundable.
We are unable to accept responsibility for the non-arrival of returned goods.
If the goods are not returned in good condition you will be liable for the full cost of the item.
In the interests of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you paid within 30 days of receipt of the return.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Commissioned artwork
Customised items
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us in the first instance and we will advise you regarding its’ return
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your purchase is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item.
CANCELLATION
To cancel an order please email us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours after making your purchase.
Orders for specially commissioned or customised goods cannot be cancelled.
